The Procurement SA Graduate Program, delivered as part of the DTF Academy, is a 24‑month development opportunity designed to build a highly qualified and technically skilled procurement workforce for the South Australian Government. Established to help address the significant shortage of skilled procurement professionals, the program invests in the future of the profession by strengthening capability and capacity across the State.
Throughout the program, you will explore fundamental procurement principles and practices through hands‑on rotational experiences across several SA Government agencies. You will build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and colleagues, analyse market trends, develop sourcing strategies, learn effective negotiation techniques, and gain practical experience in contract formation and contract management.
You will also have access to continuous learning, coaching and mentoring, and regular performance development to support your growth and ignite your career in procurement.
